Especially today, when most people spend their day sitting in an office, sport is no longer indispensible. Even when, after a strenuous sporting activity, you feel exhausted at first, the body and mind recuperates and you feel increasingly rejuvenated. Physical activity lowers stress levels, improves posture, prevents you from becoming overweight and helps with many circulatory heart conditions.  Other positive effects include better concentration and the ability to think because the blood flow to the brain is increased. Tiredness is also decreased.Blood pressure and resting pulse rates are also lowered due to the heart's increased efficiency.Fat metabolism is stimulated due to muscles being fired up and muscles relieve joints and protect them from wear and tear. Bones also become stronger and lung capacity increases.

Regular sport, therefore, is a good resource for increased well-being.
Those who are healthy in mind and body can also perform better at work. You can concentrate better and are more relaxed. Often people do sport to find work/life balance - especially those colleagues who spend most of their time doing sedentary work.

We have developed a diverse programme, giving our colleagues the opportunity - apart from working for us - to be active through sport, which allows them to do regular exercise.
Thus, our colleagues can train in the fitness studio three times per week under the professional guidance of a personal trainer – be it in the lunch break or in the evening after work.
Furthermore, there are regular running clubs during the week and once a week colleagues can improve their tennis skills.
