Your data will not be passed on to third parties. Your personal data will be deleted as soon as your enquiry has been conclusively processed, unless there are statutory retention obligations.

Newsletter

We will be happy to keep you up to date with our current job offers and our latest products and services by newsletter. Simply enter your e-mail address in our registration form - all other fields are optional and are used to address you personally. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from us (double opt-in) in which we ask you to confirm your registration. Of course, you can easily unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time - by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each issue or by sending a short message to info@twe-group.com. Your data will then be removed from our mailing list immediately.

Cookies

Our website uses "cookies", i.e. small text files that are stored on your end device. We differentiate between

Necessary cookies (technically required)
We use these cookies to ensure basic functions of our website (e.g. session management). They are stored on the basis of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and Section 25 para. 2 TDDDG. Consent is not required for this.

Statistics and analysis cookies
These cookies enable anonymous analyses of your usage behaviour (e.g. Google Analytics) in order to optimise our website. Processing only takes place with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG. You can revoke your consent at any time in the cookie banner.

Marketing and third-party cookies
These cookies can be used to integrate third-party services (e.g. social media plugins). This is also based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Section 25 para. 1 TDDDG.

Your influence:
You can manage or delete cookies at any time via your browser settings. Please note that deactivating necessary cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, on this website to understand how you navigate our website and to continuously improve our services for you. GA4 collects anonymised usage data - for example, how many pages you visit, how long you stay, which operating system and screen resolution you use and which country you come from. Based on this information, we can better recognise which content is of particular interest to you and make our website even more user-friendly.

To ensure that your privacy remains protected, this data is only collected with your express consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; § 25 para. 1 TDDDG). You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Your IP address is already truncated when it is collected within the EU or the EEA before it is transmitted to the USA; only in exceptional cases is the full address transmitted and then anonymised there. The stored data is generally deleted automatically after 14 months, unless you have configured otherwise.

Your data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses and Google's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. In addition, we have concluded a binding contract with Google for order processing and thus fulfil all requirements of the German data protection supervisory authorities.

If you wish to object to the collection of your data by Google Analytics, you can install the browser plugin at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. In the cookie banner, you have the option at any time to object to the use of unnecessary cookies or to revoke any consent you have already given. This allows you to retain control over your data at all times.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

On our website, we use the so-called "Meta Pixel" of the social network Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). With the help of this pixel, we can track how visitors use our website after they have reached us via an advert on Facebook. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook advertising and optimise our offers for you.
The Meta Pixel also enables us to display interest-based advertising (so-called "Facebook Ads") to visitors to our website when they use Facebook or other services operated by Meta. In this way, we want to ensure that you are only shown adverts that are relevant to you.
This data is collected and processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you can give via our cookie banner. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by adjusting the corresponding settings in the cookie banner.
Further information on data processing by Meta can be found in Meta's privacy policy at:
www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

Social media channels

We appreciate your interest in our social media channels on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. To enable us to get in touch with you and answer your questions, comments or messages, we process the information you voluntarily provide to us via these platforms - for example, your name, profile picture and the content you share with us. In addition, we collect technical details such as the time of your visit or your browser type in order to continuously improve our website and offer you relevant content.
We mainly use the data to interact with you, respond to your enquiries and further develop our offering on the respective platforms. In addition, we use your information for targeted advertising measures and to present our products and services. If you voluntarily provide us with personal data through a "Like", a comment or a direct message, we base the processing on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Insofar as data is technically required to operate and further develop our channels, we process it on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
For our presences on Facebook and Instagram, we act jointly with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) as joint controllers within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. The responsibilities are regulated in a so-called joint controller agreement, which you are welcome to view on request. We operate YouTube on the basis of the respective data responsibility of Google LLC.
In principle, we do not pass on your data to other third parties. Please note, however, that the operators of the platforms - such as Meta Platforms Ireland Limited or Google LLC - may also process your data, for example to analyse or optimise their services. In these cases, we share responsibility under data protection law. If data is transferred to countries outside the EU, this is done exclusively on the basis of binding standard contractual clauses or other suitable guarantees.
Of course, you have the right to information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data stored by us at any time. If the processing is based on your consent, you can revoke this at any time without giving reasons. For further details, please refer to the data protection notices of the respective platforms:
- Facebook/Instagram (Meta): de-de.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
- YouTube: www.youtube.com/intl/ALL_de/howyoutubeworks/user-settings/privacy/

Social media channels - LinkedIn

We use LinkedIn to present our company profile, share valuable specialist articles and enter into a direct dialogue with you. If you send us a message via LinkedIn or comment under one of our posts, we process the information you provide - such as your profile name, your message and the time of contact - exclusively to answer your enquiry, provide further information or plan joint next steps (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR; Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for pre-contractual measures).

In addition, we evaluate your interactions such as "likes", "shares" or emoji reactions in aggregated and anonymised form in order to identify which topics are of particular interest to you. This enables us to make our content even more targeted and continuously improve our dialogue with you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

For certain processing steps - in particular when LinkedIn itself collects session and device data or compiles statistics on your use - we act jointly with LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland) as "joint controllers" within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. We have defined the specific responsibilities in a joint controller agreement, which you are welcome to view on request. Details on the data that LinkedIn processes and your setting options can be found in LinkedIn's data protection information: de.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy

Of course, you have the right to information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data at any time. If the processing was based on consent, you can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. If you do not wish to use LinkedIn for direct communication, all other contact channels in our legal notice are available to you.

Changes to our privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
