The women's network "TWE Femtastic" receives an award

We are very pleased that our women’s network “TWE Femtastic” has been honored with the “Betriebsplus” award by WESt mbH! This award recognizes particularly innovative HR concepts, and we are thrilled that our “femtastic” initiative has been acknowledged for its versatility and applicability in companies of all sizes.

“TWE Femtastic” was initiated by five TWE women with the goal of supporting the professional and personal development of female employees. The idea was born at the 2022 Christmas party and has since been developed with great dedication. Since the successful kickoff in 2023, we have hosted a range of events – from workshops and after-work meetups to digital meetings. And this is just the beginning: our vision includes book clubs, female finance and AI workshops, and fireside chats focused on direct exchange with executive leadership.
