Safe-T-Sound® acoustic nonwovens are innovative sound absorbers that not only prevent sound transmission into neighbouring rooms, but also improve the acoustics in the room. This makes them a versatile problem solver for applications where excellent room acoustics and sound absorption are required, such as in offices, conference rooms, schools, hotels, restaurants and public buildings.
The acoustic nonwovens are characterised by their flexibility. They can be used horizontally in canopies and suspended ceilings, for example, and vertically in ceiling panels, as room dividers or in partition walls.
Safe-T-Sound® products not only offer outstanding acoustic properties, but are also particularly environmentally friendly. The nonwovens are recyclable as they are made from 100% polyester. Optionally, they can also be made from recycled or GRS-certified fibres. They are free from harmful chemicals and resistant to moisture, which ensures their durability even under demanding conditions. These properties make Safe-T-Sound® acoustic nonwovens a sustainable and long-lasting solution. Thermal bonding makes them particularly stable. This prevents the material from sagging or shrinking, so that the acoustic nonwovens retain their shape for years and offer a long service life. With a sound absorption of up to αw = 1.00, they impress with their high performance in reducing noise. Good fire behaviour and low smoke development guarantee the highest safety standards.
Thanks to their flexibility and adaptability, they are ideal for large-scale projects where both functional and aesthetic requirements need to be met. Customised printing is also possible.
Safe-T-Sound® acoustic nonwovens offer a perfect combination of high acoustic performance, durability, flexibility and sustainability.
