Leaving the racing bike in the cellar over winter? Okay.

Still staying inactive? No way!

We try to stay active all year through and therefore move onto our indoor cycling bikes in the fitness studio during the winter months. "Four, three, two, one...", and now hit the pedals, while the amplifiers boom hard bass rhythms. 60 minutes of sweating with motivational music and various instructions from the coach make any indoor cycling session into an excellent sporting event.

There are two advantages, which make this sport unique and accessible to any colleague:
1. Indoor cycling is the perfect training for body and soul. Endurance and fitness are strengthened.
2.Anyone can do it! Let's cycle and pedal hard.

You determine what you want to achieve in your indoor cycling experience – and yet you can let your trainer and your group carry you away. We must emphasise here, that you can adjust your achievement level individually and work on your personal level of difficulty.
