To achieve the appropriate balance between power and endurance you need a broad selection of training opportunities.

Achieving fitness using power apparatus in combination with cardio training, circuit training, body weight exercises and physio-therapeutic advice; this is how we try to realise exactly this balance in order to create physical equilibrium in every day life.

We overload our system by not doing enough exercise, lifting stuff that is too heavy, stressing out or with bad nutrition: The body is no longer in balance - musculature is increasingly stressed. The back is usually affected most, which is often noticed when pain is felt. Frequently only the doctor or therapist can help when this condition becomes permanent.

We want to prevent this with targeted exercise and support through our fitness coaches. Our small team meets several times a week in the fitness studio and we try to nourish our bodies with the most important of our basic food: Exercise.
