Tennis is excellent all-over training, which - in the long term - contributes to excellent fitness and benefits all muscle groups – legs, arms, core, chest and stomach.

Apart from the physical benefits, tennis offers further advantages, which profit our colleagues in their daily working life. It has been proven that those who regularly play tennis at a certain level, equally sharpen their coordination capabilities, their ability to concentrate and their self-control.

Our small TWE tennis troupe meets weekly in order to exercise exactly these capabilities, and does so successfully!
