About 200 muscles are activated when making one single step. Unfortunately, the exercising of muscles is often neglected in a normal day at work, especially when most of the time is spent at the desk.
A large group of runners has now come together to counteract this, and who once again put on their trainers in the evening and undertake running sessions.  

All this started when two female colleagues had the idea of participating in the triathlon group's running practice to take in some sporty air.
Within a short period of time, this developed so much that 13 colleagues now manage to run in the woods once a week, combined with various body weight and fitness exercises.

Experienced runners as well as novices quickly developed into a homogenous troupe, which has the common aim of improving  fitness, but also to find an active contrast to daily working life. And who knows, maybe the team might soon enter the next competition?!
